- Please check the availability of the accommodation on our Availability Chart.
- If your preferred dates appear to be available, please contact us by telephone on (00 33) (0)5 63 76 41 74 (France) to make a provisional booking - if you prefer to contact us by email, please use the Availability Enquiry Form below.
- To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable 10% deposit and a formal letter confirming your booking.
- The balance must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday - please enclose a refundable security deposit of £250 or 350€ with your payment.
- Payments may be made, preferably in Euros, in cash (by registered post), by banker’s draft or by cheque.
- Once your final payment has been made, we shall send an acknowledgement, along with detailed travel instructions.

- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a formal letter from you with a deposit of 10% of the total cost of your holiday.
- The balance of the total holiday cost should be paid at least 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
- A refundable security deposit of £250 or 350€ should be included with your final payment.
- Upon receipt of your final payment and the security deposit, a written acknowledgement will be sent to you, along with detailed travel instructions.
- The rental period begins at 5pm on your first day and ends at 10am on your last day.
- Changeover day is normally Saturday (unless agreed otherwise in advance).
